Review of Centurion (2010) by Osmara M — 17 Jul 2011
The first 20 minutes of Centurion are a muddle of action and characters that seem at first to have no purpose. Out of this wearisome start, however, comes perhaps the most articulate and intense chase movie of the past 5 years. The sound is crisp, the visuals are sweeping and energetic, and the combat sequences are tight. This movie is a blast to experience. Its writing is an inspiration to the end.
It has been a long time since I felt so well fed by an adventure. Check out Centurion any chance you get.
