Even Better Than I Expected. As A Huge Fan Or Gervais And Merchant I Was Heavily Anticipating This And Was Not Let Down. It Could Easily Have Been A Great TV Series, As It Was Originally Intended, But Still Works Great As A Film.
Sure It Sticks To Familiar Plot Conventions And Storytelling, But Gervais And Merchant Breather Their Own Unique Life Into These Characters And Make You Believe You've Known Them Your Entire Life When In Reality Its Only Been 90 Minutes.
Great Acting All Around, Although It It Hard To Take Gervais Seriously As Anybody But David Brent Or Andy Millman.
