Cedar Rapids is one of those movies that grows on you. My husband has been browbeating me for weeks about it because it's been on Long Wait in Netflix. He finally gave up and Red Boxed it. I can't pretend I shared his excitement going in, but by the end of the film, I was hooked.
It's one of those raunchy/sweet comedy mixes, and while it's rarely roll on the floor funny, it manages to stay amusing and interesting throughout. John C. Reilly is great as usual, and I liked Ed Helms' character here a lot.
