Despite a few laugh-out-loud moments and fantastic performances from everyone (namely Ed Helms), Cedar Rapids suffers from an inconsistant amount of laughs, unecessary drama, and an lackluster conclusion.
Overall, it's OK, but it could've been MUCH better.
