Amazing pictures and images, but contrary to what a lot of people seem to be saying, the subject matter could have been much better handled by another director other than Herzog. He kind of drags out the story and wanders here and there in a somewhat whimsical way, which works really well in his actual films, but grows a bit frustrating in this after a while.
