Review of Catwoman (2004) by Dead A P — 18 Aug 2011
I have a terrible confession to make. I love Catwoman. I thought I would hate it, and in some ways I wanted to hate it because I hadn't harshly criticized a bad film in some time. When I watched it, I realized that it wouldn't let me hate it and I loved this gloriously bad B-movie.
The story is completely nonsensical and filled with plot holes, the acting and dialogue are terrible, and the action scenes are cheesy as hell, but dammit, there's no way I can deny my love of this widely despised film.
Though there are plenty of justifiable reasons for hating it, I could not believe I would enjoy this film so much and now I'm a fan of it. Damn my love of B-movies!
