Bring back Michelle Pfeiffer! This is one of the most poorly made films I have ever seen. The action scenes are stupid and boring, the special effects were terrible, the script was unintentionally funny, and why don't they ever talk about Gotham City? Oh, and it has the worst "evil conspiracy" ever: using make-up products to kill people and take over the world.
I'm glad I watched it on AMC and didn't waste a cent on it.
