Review of Catch-22 (1970) by Ioannis S — 05 Aug 2009
What makes a masterpiece? Is it the great cast? That it's based on one of the best books I've ever read? Maybe because black humor appeals to all of us? A well-made film that didn't completely catch the greatness of the book but it really stood out by itself and the result is a war movie that is unmissable! Catch-22 grabs you and holds you to the very end.
