Beautifully shot and deliciously erotic, this extremely colorful and interesting venture into the fantastic genre, is a hypnotic travel through desire, hidden nature and sexual empowerment. Scored masterfully, the film is as much a delight to watch than to to listen to.
Schrader has crafted a great film, disturbing, mysterious and bodacious.
