Review of Cat People (1942) by Tans D — 13 Jul 2008
Well, I finally rewatched this after a couple of years. The first time I watched it I really didn't understand it and didn't like it that much. But this time I thought it was fantastic! The plot is genius, the acting is marvelous.
But the thing that stands out is the photography and the cinematography. It really worked. I loved how Turner didn't SHOW the viewer what was scary, but rather left it to their imagination. Overall a horror classic!
