Review of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958) by Juan Manuel A — 15 Jan 2011
Bien Burl Ives, Carson y Anderson. Aunque es poco conocido, la música de Charles Wolcott ayudo a crear una atmósfera adecuada al entorno......"I feel like a cat on a Hot Tin Roof warmed by the sun .
..". A very good adaptation of a Tennessee Williams play made by master Brooks. The main couple spectacular, Newman and Taylor in a duel grand narrative. The chemistry between them worked very well.
They are great physically and interpretively. Elisabeth with their combination is sculptural. Although homosexuality Newman's character is not very clear by issues of censorship can be seen. Burl Ives Well, Carson and Anderson.
Although little known, the music of Charles Wolcott helped create an atmosphere suitable to the environment.
