Paul Newman and Elizabeth Taylor as husband and wife, screen magic, both give very strong performances, especially Paul Newman. Burl Ives is very good too.The story left something in the air, sometimes intentional, sometimes not, but is a delightful film, great analysis of character and script, 8.
