There's been a lot of classic films about the Vietnam War, but this is kind of a forgotten underrated one helmed by Brian DePalma. A young, intense Sean Penn steals the film, but Michael J. Fox, Thuy Thu Le, Don Harvey, John C.
Reilly, and the rest of the cast are excellent as well. A fascinating look into the U.S. military during the first lost war in American history. Powerful and disturbing with a tight script, it definitely hits home the grotesque horrors of war and how killing will warp people's minds.
