Review of Cast Away (2000) by Johnny R — 26 Feb 2014
Wow, what a masterpiece!! It was romantic, intense, emotional, sad, and extremely engaging!! The movie will make you feel what's its like to lose everything you ever had and that if you want to survive, your body will be able to do anything!! It showed how your life could change so much when you lost on an island for 4 years!! Tom Hanks was absolutely incredible from start to finish!! He was so amazing of an actor that he literally had to carry the film only on his own for most of the movie and when an actor can do that, you know that they are a force to be reckon with in the movie industry.
He is the reason why the movie was extremely engaging!! Tom Hanks truly is one of the greatest actors of all-time!! If you ask me, I would tell you that Hanks got robbed from winning the Oscar!! Well, at least he was nominated!! This is one of the greatest movies about being lost of all-time!! This is obviously very much a must-see!!
