Review of Cast Away (2000) by Trenton R — 21 Mar 2014
This movie is a good enough survival film that displays Hanks' acting ability and celebrates the idea of moving on from the past because you never know what the future holds. This theme was very effectively emphasized and thats one of the main plus points of the film.
The main problem is that the movie isn't very entertaining unless survival fascinates you. Nonetheless this one man show is a good and worthy watch, but I don't think its a movie I would would watch again.
