Another wierd and wonderful piece from our film guru's in the far east. Its quite hard to tell the story but to get the jist of it. after an all out war 1 man believes he can save people with "neo cell" but an accident happens and a new war is born.
mutants vs man in super suit. The action and the special effects as all eastern films are fantastic. I love and own this film and I think i'm gona go and watch it now.
