Review of Casshern (2004) by Barry E — 01 Sep 2008
This film is like a live action anime. It looks fantastic, sounds fantastic and is just a visual feast that can be overwhelming at times. Whilst the plot is very thick, I think they got all the main points into the film, from the anime series its based on.
Very sentimental too with some good strong themes. The only bad thing I would say is that the action is too far between and the plot lacks focus but when its all there, its awesome :).
