Review of Cassandra's Dream (2007) by James D — 11 Mar 2012
No where near as I have been lead to believe It's along similar lines to Match Point, which I enjoyed before it took it's abrupt turn from light to dark. In Cassandra's Dream the mood is dark from quite near the beginning so when the plot thickens it is much less jolting.
The performances are fine from McGregor, Farrell and Wilkinson. There is the odd moment that I didn't like but overall it is competent. This certainly isn't the dud that Match Point was.
