Good acting marred by a not so very interesting way to tell a true story.

Kevin Spacy and Jon Lovitz steal the entire show.

Indian casino owners, republican lobbyists, the senate.. all of it didn't come out quite interesting.

I would say, why don't you go watch Scarface or Blow rather than this one. Watchable purely for a 5 min outburst from spacey towards the end.
