Quite a long bore. I don't get it! I love Scorsese but I don't think I could sit through the entirety of this. The only thing I get out of it is being inspired by Robert Richardson's cinematography.

All the scenes just seem like people walking to somewhere and then there's narration and it just doesn't feel like a real movie. I am not a huge fan of gangster films and if I see Joe Pesci flip out and stab someone to death in a film again then I'm gonna scream.
