Overlooked as "GoodFellas goes Vegas" Casino has all it takes to be considered another Scorsese classic, if viewers would simply consider it on it's own, rather than constantly forcing it up against GoodFellas and in some fashion making them a single thing, one cannot be considered without the other.
Beautifully and meticulously shot, Casino gives an engrossing and stylish look into the inner-workings of the Las Vegas gambling scene, complete with a wonderful performance by Robert De Niro has the endlessly cool Sam "Ace" Rothstein.
