A professional gambler (Robert DeNiro) hits the jackpot when the mob lets him run the Tansiers Casino in Vegas. Then both when he falls for a loveless, manipulative hustler (Sharon Stone) & his childhood buddy, a ruthless hothead who happens to be a made man (Joe Pesci) starts making waves, this paradise on earth comes crashing down with violent repercussions.
