This is not the worst foreign film I've ever seen. However, if it was intended to be a comedy It failed in this area. I'VE SEEN WORSE. That being said, there were moments where will Ferrell's Spanish was almost flawless.
As a whole the movie was a complete stinker. My advice is, if you can watch it for free go ahead and watch it. If you have to pay it's not worth the money.
