While it's widely agreed that Cars was considerably far from Pixar's best, its success and obvious marketability couldn't be denied, making a sequel almost inevitable. But while the first Cars was just okay, Cars 2 is undeniably bad.
It's not difficult to sit through, and some of the visuals are interesting and creative at times, but I'm afraid that even the biggest Pixar fan will most likely find it mediocre at best.
