Slow moving and predictable variation on Todd Haynes' Far From Heaven. Abundant shots of the leads gazing from windows with longing. Drama takes far, far too long to get where we knew it was going in the first five minutes, even if the end is satisfying.
Nice shooting albeit with empty intent and lit in a flat, too dark style.
