What a cast, each actor in the film is an A List celebrity. Oh wait, there are only four people in it. Two families meet as an attempt to make amends for a previous incident including each familyâ(TM)s son. What started out as a civilized conversation ended up as several brutal arguments between the two families.

Carnage is directed by Roman Polanski, and is not only an entertaining film, but also, a movie with substance. For instance, the simplicity of the film will amuse all viewers. However, Polanski takes a movie that was filmed in one room and ads emotion, movement, and a bit of realism. I think the biggest problem with Carnage is John C. Reilly. I love him as an actor; itâ(TM)s just that he was a miscast. Like all good Hollywood movies, most of the comedic scenes were shown in the trailer. However, there were a few lines that were pretty funny. There were also a couple aspects that made Carnage enjoyable to watch. For example, the acting was great from each member (even though Reilly was a miscast). Also the script was written in a way that the movie flowed perfectly and time went by quickly. The best part of the film was Roman Polanskiâ(TM)s directing. Without him I feel that the Carnage would not be the same film.

I donâ(TM)t think Carnage will win any Oscars, but I do recommend seeing it. With that said, I give Carnage four out of five stars.
