Review of Carnage (2011) by Caz H — 01 Dec 2013

You can really tell this was adapted from a play...it was enjoyable as a fairly short piece but it didn't feel too much like a proper movie and I'm glad I didn't pay to go and see this in the cinema.

It felt very theatrical and at times slightly unnatural. That being said, it did have good amounts of dark humour and was incredibly well acted and pretty well written. Because it was so short I found it entertaining and was able to not get too bogged down by the exhausting nature of the dialogue and the various turns of character.

Would still definitely recommend.
