It's not as good as the first Carlito's Way of course. Sean Combs and Mario Van Peebles? Jay Hernandez doesn't compare to Al Pacino young or old. Puffy in this is like Fat Joe in Empire; horrible.
There is one guy who plays a crack-head or something, but he is hilarious. The story is ok, but acting sucks. It could have been a bit more convincing. Average job done.
