Decent movie,good thing it was straight to DVD...because if it would've went to the theaters it would've bombed so terribly that it probably would've affected Al Pacino...and he was'nt even in it.
I don't feel it should've been a sequel to "Carlito's Way" due to the comedy aspect of it, it was more of a buddy film. It should've been a stand alone movie..but even with that said a decent rental at least.
