Review of Carlito's Way (1993) by Paul C — 27 Jan 2009
One of Pacino's best performances of recent years (let's face it a lot of his more recent efforts have been pretty poor) as well as great support from Sean Penn (with a shocking perm) and a young John Leguizamo.
On more recent viewing not as violent as I remember - its just a shame Al didnt give Benny Blanco from the Bronx his props - he could have lived happily ever after in the Bahamas!
