This is a bad movie...with really awesome scenes (OK I'M RELOADED!!) First half of the movie is boring as hell, but once Sean Penn get rolling (lol literally) it becomes one of the best gangster movies ever.
First movie I've ever seen someone out-act Al Pacino.
