Review of Carlito's Way (1993) by Paul D — 11 Mar 2012
A highly enjoyable film with a real romanticism about it. Borderlines on cheesy, but just manages to keep its integrity. Shot and scored very nicely. Pacino is as watchable as ever, backed up very well by Sean Penn, who puts in an excellent performance as Carlito's scummy, big time wannabe lawyer.
