A great character study of a man who wants to get out. However, Al Pacino has a very hard time trying to do this. I really like the way the plot comes full circle at the end with a action packed, suspenseful, sad ending.
Sean Penn is fantastic in this movie and despite looking goofy as all hell he manages to come off as a crazy, unpredictable lawyer.....maybe its that hair. This is a good movie that is certainly worth a few hours of your time.
