Fairly lame, and a sure sign that John Hughes, writer of such classics as Sixteen Candles (also directed), The Breakfast Club (directed), Pretty in Pink and Ferris Bueller's Day Off (directed), had lost his touch.
Only positive is the stunning presence of Jennifer Connelly, in one of her earliest roles.
