Investing heavily in its comic source, The First Avenger is a Marvel flick that stays nicely within it's predetermined framework. Nothing was groundbreaking, nothing pushed me to the edge of my seat.
Nevertheless, Captain America, thanks to Chris Evans, has proven to be a strong and extremely likable character that is sure to stand the test of time.
