Review of Capricorn One (1977) by Yogesh R — 24 Sep 2007
It's kind of amazing how many long speeches there are in what is putatively an action movie, but hey, as long as you've got Hal Holbrook why not use him, I guess. Besides, what other movie gives you two heroes who were BOTH married to Barbra Streisand, as well as Sam Waterston as comic relief, O.J. Simpson in a sympathetic role, and Telly Savalas kicking ass and taking names?
It's enough to make up for the total implausibility of the plot.
