Review of Capricorn One (1977) by Andy K — 09 Jul 2008
By far the best conspiracy film out there, Capricorn One is unashamedly 70s (and rightly so). An all-star cast with Elliott Gould, Sam Waterston and a certain O.J. Simpson (a few years before he played his 'Get Out Of Jail Free' card), a failed mission to Mars is covered up along with the crew as one by one they are picked off by the government in an attempt to save face.
There are a few corny moments but the finale is superb and well worth the effort.
