Review of Capitalism: A Love Story (2009) by Ryan P — 23 Dec 2010
Not Moore's best work, but at its best, it'S a wholly necessary, scathing, informative look at the blood-sucking Wall Street/big business 1% and the ludicrous bailout that transpired. The takedown of capitalism in general can be engaging at points (the personal stories and music selection are always superb in Moore docs), but the film really steps it up a notch when it begins its enraged detailed breakdown of the economic crash.
