It had some hard hitting facts and emotional true stories that bolstered the bulk of the movie. This movie will leave you awestruck and puzzled that American companies do not know how to run a successful community, they are just interested in the money.

I personally liked the concepts explained in this movie but it seems like the movie was skewed to intelligent financial left-wingers. The movie's pace was just as bad as a snail race at the zoo.
