An entertaining glimpse into the life of the most influential comedian in history. Anglos have no idea what Cantinflas meant to the Mexican as well as Latin.
Americans. But the movie was built around his signing on to the Around the World in 80 Days film produced by Michael Todd. It therefore had a rather American-focused context rather than seeing the impact he had in his own country. Still, an entertaining flick about a complex man.
