Review of Can't Hardly Wait (1998) by Kate T — 11 Feb 2008

So fun, so true. I love the way that the characters, all seemingly one-dimensional at first, show a deeper side in their connections with one another. This film is so true to high school life and the cliques and stereotypes.

It is a coming-of-age story in a very real way as the characters grow and step out of the boxes they've put themselves in and become more complex and real. Love this film-I can't fault it!
