Review of Can't Hardly Wait (1998) by Liz — 31 Jul 2009

This was really funny! I was watching Comedy Centrel and this popped up so I watched it and GOD WAS IT FUNNY!

First off, Seth Green. Seth Green has to be one of the funniest people on earth. I love his kinda Gangster ish role. He has great timing and good punch line delivery. I loved his acting and his entire overall work in this movie.

Jennifer Love Hewitt was beautiful, and great. She had a character that didn't have much emotion on the outside but a lot on the inside and Jennifer could show you the internal struggle in her eyes and facial expression. Beautiful job.

Peter Facinelli played a great jocky... kinda bullshit guy. He was immature and great. He was cool. I loved his acting.

Lauren Ambrose was pretty good. Her character had an overall bad personality effect on me, but the acting of this character was decent. She had her moments.

Ethan Embry was great. I think the whole point of the movie was based around him. he was the central topic. He was funny and had a great acting ability and his "FATE" idea was always endering to watch. (I loved when the angel talked to him LOL).

Charlie Korsomo! I Loved his geek, it was funny. I loved the overall character range. He could be anything in this movie. His 'drunk' talk was soooo realistic but at the same time overly comic. He was great.

The writing was good... for this type of a movie --- just a random movie for teens to go see-- and it had pretty good understories (aka the band, and other characters for a few minutes at a time).

Melissa Joan Hart and Donald Faison's small apperances were funny and some of the best in the movie. (:

The acting was good but the overall movie was pretty crapy.. I mean it's good for a few laughs but don't expect much at all.
