MTV was psychically linked to me this weekend! After watching "Twilight" and seeing Peter Facinelli, I launched into a soliloquy about how awesome "Can't Hardly Wait" is. Then it was on TV the next day! Woo hoo!!! In my opinion this is a near perfect teen movie - I've seen it a zillion times and never get sick of it.
The only thing that sucks about it is Jennifer Love Hewitt (why do women always have to be the LCDs in movies? why can't casting directors cast appropriately?), freshly graduated from the Neve Campbell School of Bad Acting.
Complete with over-inflection, she was doing the typical Po5 sigh-acting with "God" being inserted between every other word. If this movie was made now this character would be played by Scarlett Johansson and would be equally annoying.
Regardless, I adore this movie and am wondering what ever happened to Ethan Embry?
