Review of Candyman (1992) by Annie P — 10 May 2009
I've always seen this movie as being the real horror movie compared to the other huge horror titles out there (ie. Elm Street, Friday). The mood of the film is what sets it apart from the others. The others were excellent but Candyman is a different kind of excellent.
The movie offers a disturbing atmosphere that is difficult to find in movies. The movie is scary and thats all we can ask for. Tony Todd... horror icon.
