"Candyman", based of Clive Barker's "The Forbidden", is a great horror film (not to mention that he also did the "The Hellbound Heart", which later became the renown film "Hellraiser"; another great film).
With the settings very eerie &/or run-down, Tony Todd's performance as the Candyman is hauntingly gripping, pretty cool gory effects, a perfect plot that focuses our fears on certain urban legends, & several scary moments, this is one of the best 1990s & horror films of all time.
