Review of Candyman (1992) by Patrick Y — 03 Oct 2014
Probably best thought of as a ghost story, Candyman offers a standard balance of spooks and scares. While the plot takes many liberties with coincidences, the set design helps add tension to the atmosphere, and Virginia Madsen is believable as a woman haunted by a terrifying urban legend.
