Before I start my review for the 1992 horror film candyman I am going to present a horror film timeline from 1990-1999.

Now on to the review of the 1992 horror film candyman which tells the story of a college student named helen lyle which she then decides to make a thesis on urban legends which she goes to the ghetto part of town and which she discovers the legend of candyman which who has a hook on one hand and a regular human hand on the other which he appears in the mirrors if you say the word candyman 5 times he will appear behind you and kill you which candyman was around in the 1800's as a slave which who then had died and thats how the legend of the candyman all started candyman is a creepy but great horror film highly recommended for any horror fan a great horror film hidden gem highly recommended when the film had opened on october 16th 1992 the film had opened at #4 because of the steven segal action film under siege which under siege should have came out in the summer instead of october which then still candyman would be a sucess and twisted film from the imagination of clive barker creator of helraiser a great horror film highly recommended.
