Review of Camp Dread (2014) by Harry V — 26 Jun 2014

Unfortunately this was a complete waste of 90 minutes. The narrative was too predictable and felt weak overall. The dialogue was poor, and the ending was almost comedic. The editing wasn't great, there were many unnecessary cuts etc.

and finally, the actors performances could have been better. At no point during the film did I feel like I made a connection with the characters, or anything that was happening. There was always some sort of mistake, or bad dialogue distracting me from becoming fully immersed.

Alongside this, the way the film was shot and cut made me feel lost and disjointed. I do not recommend this film.
