Review of Calvary (2014) by Vaughn E — 21 Apr 2015
A selection of the best Irish actors (though, sorry but I can't see at Chris O'Down as anyone else than Roy...) in quite a tense, slowly developing sinister story. Great elements of humour intertwined with comments on sex scandal in the Irish church.
I expected a tad more humour from John Michael McDonagh, but that's my only criticism.
