A sublime film. Achingly well written. Beautifully and subtly performed and directed with such delicacy that you can feel and smell the environment. The score is pretty great too which includes an appropriately titled song called' mystery of Love', which is just gorgeous.
The film looks wonderful,Sounds Wonderful and is one to be seen again and again. Timothee Chalamet stands out and Armie Hammer has never been better. Everyone may be talking about that fruity scene, but it is Michael Stuhlbarg's end monologue that raises the hairs on one's neck and arms.
The scene is an electric wow and I doubt we will see its like for quite some time. Bravo.
